TIM BELVIN
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Tim is a seasoned software executive with 30 years of software industry experience – much of it related to retail technology. During Tim’s career, he has with industry leading retailers such as 7-Eleven, Marks and Spencer, Tesco, Walmart, and Safeway to name a few. Tim has also worked with small neighborhood stores through the Pacific NW. During Tim’s time with Microsoft, he led the team that developed Microsoft’s operating system for cash registers. He also wrote the specification POS for .NET which is now the industry standard for retail peripherals. In his spare time, Tim is an avid motorcyclist.
CHIP CASSADY
Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer
With over 25 years of experience in advertising agencies and retail technology, Chip has worked with many of the world’s leading retailers to deliver first class print, electronic and digital media solutions, including Walmart, Sports Authority, Kroger, Best Buy, Safeway and Albertsons. Most recently, Chip worked with a cutting-edge start-up that incorporated Indoor-Location and Point-of-Sale technology to deliver relevant real-time digital messaging. Chip also has extensive experience with Loyalty Programs, Inventory Management, and Online Commerce. Chip and Tim combine their Business, Advertising, Marketing and Technology experiences to create 420 Tech and deliver proven retail technology solutions to the cannabis industry.
GEORGE ZINN
Strategic Advisor
George is the current Treasurer at Microsoft. He oversees management of financial & corporate risk, investment and strategic portfolio, foreign exchange, corporate and structured project finance, dilution management, cash & liquidity, customer financing & collections. George is also listed in the Top 100 Most Influential in Finance.
